Should have abilities to rapidly identify customer’s needs and build strong relationships acting as a Key Point of Contact with the Off-Shore Team. Will also participate in the process of identification of opportunities for improvement.**Main Tasks/Responsibilities**
- POC & Management of the People Mobility Per diems, Location Premium, Indexes and Allowances process. Benchmarking analysis and updates. Vendor management.
- Provide support on Mobility mailbox requests and Visa & Immigration questions (work with PMSD).
- POC for the PM Sharepoint Site: site Administration, Access granting & maintenance; Content management organization
- POC for People Mobility Policies & Programs update & modification (change requests)
- Support for other People Mobility teams: Creation/Modification of policy provision-related documents.
- POC & Support for Mobility Reporting & Analysis: Management, analysis and distribution of reports and/or databases.
- Escalate delays, issues and risks on a timely manner.
- Review and improve process through addressing feedback and stakeholder input.**Must Have Skills**:- Advanced MS Excel and MS Access skills
- MS PowerBI
- Customer service focus
- Structured analytical thinking skills
- Good communication skills (verbal, written) - Fluent in English
- Basic organizational and time management skills
- Ability to escalate issues effectively
- Global experience
- Ability to work in a virtual environment
- Strong customer service focus/skills
- Knowledge and understanding of reporting practices and processes
- Proactive attitude**Nice to Have Skills**:- Understanding/ Have knowledge of Accenture culture and business practices.
