- Build strong relationships with existing customers and identify new users,
- Uncover hidden issues and build interest in expanding our solution footprint,
- Design and deliver technical solutions, workflows, and training sessions,
- Design and deliver compelling customer-centric workflow and point-product demonstrations,
- Analyze and understand customer interpretation processes and workflows to determine needs, identify technical challenges, and uncover new opportunities,
- Proactively engage with AspenTech Solution Consulting, Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams with customer data to meet current and future needs,
- Provide technical support to improve customer outcomes,
- Identify and report business opportunities,
- Create initiatives to move the sales process forward and close business,
- Maintain up-to-date the heatmap of accounts.What You'll Need
- BS in Geology or Geophysics,
- 5-8 years of experience in industry,
- Excellent technical knowledge,
- Excellent communication and presentation skills,
- Conversant with industry standard interpretation workflows,
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems,
- Good geophysical and geological analytical problem solving,
- Proficient in English reading and writing.
